Working safely with the dough mixer

This dough mixer is very user friendly. You can choose between two speeds, using the buttons on the panel: slow kneading or fast kneading. Safety is also essential when working in the catering kitchen. That’s why the mixer has a built-in safety switch that prevents the motor from overheating. This switches the appliance off as soon as it overheats. To prevent objects or hands from getting into the mixing bowl while it is in use, the mixer is fitted with a protective cage. Until this protection grate is completely closed, the dough mixer will not start. The mixer comes with a dough hook that, just like the mixing bowl, turns around its axis while kneading. This powerful dough mixer is also equipped with an overload protection so that the mixing bowl can never be overloaded.
