This unit’s (2) 1.7 liter freezing cylinders and (2) 8 liter mix hoppers equip it to serve 450 servings per hour and dispense two different flavors with the option to twin twist. A built-in counter shows the number of dispenses per day, as well as total dispenses.

Standby Mode

When you close for the day, this machine stays busy maintaining the product temperature inside the hopper and freezer cylinder at below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping contents at a safe temperature.

User-Friendly Design

Unlike other soft serve freezers which only offer basic safety protections, the unit has safety considerations built into each feature. The integrated temperature display shows both the hopper and cylinder temperature to control product safety. This machine will automatically shut off if it detects low temperatures or motor overload, and it features a high pressure switch that can prevent the compressor from overheating during a busy day.
